Moving a message
Important: Because there are no folders in POP3 accounts, you cannot move mail into POP3 destinations. If you only have a POP3 account, the Move option is not available to you.
To keep your mail organized, you can move your mail into IMAP mail folders.
Note: Your external accounts are synchronized with your integrated Mail. Actions such as deleting or moving messages will be reflected in the external account right away.
To copy or move messages:
Note: Moving a mail to SPAM will provide feedback to the anti-spam engine and helps to prevent future SPAM of this type. If you want to stop emails from a specific sender immediately then you should also use the blocked senders option in settings.
- Select the message that you want to move.
- Click More.
- Click Move to.
- Select the folder to move the message to from the list displayed.
Note: You can move a message by dragging and dropping it into another folder.
