Editing signatures

You can change existing signatures.

To edit a signature:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Select Mail
  3. Select Signatures.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. The Edit Signature dialog is displayed.
  6. Select the Default check box if you want this signature to be used as your default signature.
  7. Select the Format for your signature. The following options are available:
  8. Plain:- The signature will be in plain text.

    Rich:- The signature will be in rich text format this will enable the use of fonts and colors as well as embedded images.

    Note: Switching between formatting styles will result in all existing formatting of the signature being lost.

  9. In the Name field, enter a name by which you can identify the signature.
  10. In the Signature field enter your signature.
  11. Click Save when finished.
  12. or

  13. Click Cancel to close the dialog without saving your signature.
